Children in our 3rd-6th grade class begin to move from knowing Bible stories to studying the Bible directly. They learn how to find passages in their Bible, study, apply scriptures and memorize verses. Kids are encouraged to begin regularly praying and reading the Bible on their own during the week. They also learn the importance of relationships, both with one another and with God. A portion of class time is spent in a simple Bible study, while the other part is spent on getting to know each other through sharing, games and other activities. For safety and security, and in accordance with current guidelines, all children's workers have undergone training and background checks.
